The choir Chorale de la Mère de la Misèricorde (Choir of the Mother of Mercy) is a choir based in a Catholic parish in Gitega (central Burundi), in the suburb of Mushasha. Almost all members of the choir are youths, who contribute their singing each Sunday in Church. Usually the choir is split into two groups as there are two Sunday mass services, in which they sing. For this recording the two groups joined their voices.
